How Does This Work?

After you pay for the service, our technicians will reach out to you and ask you about the issues you are experiencing. Our trained experts will get a basic understanding of what is wrong. We also reference our in-depth service documentation to look for common issues. We then schedule an appointment based on when it is convenient for you to have our technicians in your home or office.

When our techs arrive for your appointment, they will have a good idea of what is wrong and how to fix the issue so they can complete their service work in an hour or less.

However, if something has broken and requires you to order parts, we will come back out free of charge to complete the repair.
